Racing Achievements

Karting – 4x State title podiums, Country Series Champion and runner up, numerous other karting podiums. Formula Ford podium finishes throughout 2016. Toyota 86 race winner and lap record holder.

Aussie Racing Car (ARC) Championship Rookie Class 2nd outright (out of 31 drivers) in the series 12th outright (out of 60 drivers) in the series Youngest ever to compete in ARC Youngest ever to win a race in ARC – Phillip Island Supported by; Best Lifestyle Units, Winton Motor Raceway, Bens Motor Repairs & Spares, 4teen Designs, Benalla Sportspersons Trust and Beaurepaires Benalla.

Zak Best started his motorsport journey at the very young age of 4 years old. Learnt to drive a go kart by sitting on his big sister’s (Ellexandra) knee. Raced go karts from age 7, competing at club, state and national level in Midget / Cadets, Rookies and Junior Classes.
